Each offering is grounded in the same intention: to support deeper awareness, more meaningful connection, and lasting change.

Ways to Engage in The Work

A space for deep, individual exploration

There are seasons in life when something in us asks for deeper attention. For more honesty, more understanding, more care. One-on-one work offers a space to slow down and listen to that call.

In our work together, we use the Enneagram as a guide into your inner landscape – gently exploring the patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape your experience. This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about cultivating awareness that allows something more true and aligned to emerge.

My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in a combination of Enneagram theory, psychological insight, and your own inner knowing. I hold our work through a holistic and trauma-informed lens, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that honors your system.

This space is for those who feel ready to engage more deeply with themselves. For those who are curious about their patterns, open to growth, and willing to step into the ongoing process of becoming.
Growth in the presence of others

There is something uniquely powerful about doing this work in community. In a group setting, we not only deepen our understanding of ourselves, but begin to see our patterns reflected in others—opening the door to greater compassion, connection, and shared insight.

These spaces are designed to be intentional, supportive, and grounded. Using the Enneagram as a foundation, we explore the patterns that shape how we show up in relationship, in communication, and in the world while learning from the lived experience of others alongside us.

My role is to facilitate a space that is both structured and spacious: offering guidance, psychological insight, and practical tools, while allowing each person’s process to unfold in their own way. All group work is held through a trauma-informed lens, with care for pacing, safety, and the diversity of experiences in the room.

Group offerings may take the form of ongoing containers, workshops, family courses, or private group experiences, depending on the intention and depth of the work.
Bringing awareness into the systems we work within

I partner with organizations to support more conscious communication, greater self-awareness, and healthier relational dynamics within teams and leadership.

Using the Enneagram as a practical and insightful framework, I design and facilitate experiences that help individuals better understand their own patterns while developing greater capacity to work effectively with others. This work can support leadership development, team cohesion, conflict navigation, and overall organizational culture.

My approach integrates psychological depth with real-world application, and is always grounded in an Enneagram-based, trauma-informed, relational lens. Each engagement is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and context of the organization.

I have experience working across a range of settings—from mission-driven nonprofits to corporate teams—creating spaces that are both impactful and accessible.

Dana Vitorelo, in my opinion, is one of the best teachers of the Enneagram on the planet right now.  Every single time I have taught with Dana or seen her lead a group, her presentations and interactions have been grounded, thorough, engaging, filled with real-world examples and stories, and inspiring.  I am not being hyperbolic: Dana is a fantastic facilitator who will have you laughing and crying and falling in love with yourself before you even finish your coffee.

My biggest appreciation for Dana is that she brings her big intelligence and honesty and courage and insight to the world with so much freaking HEART.  There is a loveable gruffness about Dana that completely fails to hide the kindness and care that she feels for every person.  Dana has done the hard work to get to know--and accept--her own self.  This self-work gives her the credibility to invite others to wake up to their own ego stories and to their own inner beauty.

Dana is excellent in both larger groups and one-on-one.  Her understanding of both human psychology and group interactions make her an asset for any company or organization.  Straightforward honesty, insightful competence, and transformative tenderheartedness are the qualities you will encounter consistently with Dana.

What to Expect

Beginning something new – especially work that invites you to look inward – can bring a mix of curiosity, openness, and sometimes uncertainty. All of that is welcome here.

The process typically begins with an initial conversation. This is a space for you to share what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and to get a sense of how I work. It’s also an opportunity for both of us to feel into whether this is the right fit.

If we choose to move forward, our work unfolds over time through conversation, reflection, and exploration. Sessions are collaborative and grounded, guided by both structure and what is emerging for you in the moment. We will use the Enneagram as a framework, but the focus is always on your lived experience – how your patterns show up in your real life, relationships, and inner world.

There is no pressure to arrive at quick answers or immediate change. This work tends to move at a pace that allows for real integration, where insight has time to settle and become something you can actually live into.

You can expect a space that is thoughtful, respectful, and attuned. A space where all parts of your experience are welcome and where we approach your patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.

Over time, many people begin to notice a shift – greater awareness of their inner dynamics, more choice in how they respond, and a deeper, more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.

You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out before beginning. Just come as you are.

How the Work is Structured

Each offering is designed with care and intention, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The structure of our work together will depend on your goals, the depth of work you’re seeking, and the context we’re working within.

For individuals, I offer ongoing one-on-one coaching as well as shorter-term containers.
For groups and organizations, each experience is thoughtfully designed to meet the specific needs of the people involved.

Because of the personalized nature of this work, pricing and structure are shared after an initial conversation. This allows us to ensure that what is offered is aligned, supportive, and sustainable for you or your team.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out. We can explore what you’re looking for and what format would best support you.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s completely welcome. You don’t need to have it all figured out - just a willingness to explore.
